Butterfingers Pure Butter Shortbread

The Old Colonial Cookie Company make incredible Short Bread biscuits. I keep pinching them and I'm not a Coeliac!

The don't have any of the weird texture issues that so many gluten free foods seem to have. If I hadn't read the label, I wouldn't believe they were gluten free!

There is also a new Macadamia Shortbread available too!
